CFS4 solvent-borne stain binder (for wipe-on / wiping)
Solvent-borne stain binder for WIPING application (200-400 % on the dye, per Technocolor's binder table). Part of the stain: evens out colour, gives wipe-suited rheology and improves adhesion of the next coat. With CPS pigment stains it lets you wipe the stain and get the pore-highlight effect on open-grain wood (oak, ash). For spraying use CFS1, for roller CFS3; water-borne equivalent CFH6.

Spray an even wet coat, after 1-3 min wipe along the grain with a sponge or lint-free rag, packing pigment into the pores; take off the excess.

Storage
Safety: Solvent-borne: flammable, vapours harmful. Work in an extracted booth/line with an A-filter respirator and gloves (wiping means skin contact); keep solvent-soaked rags in a closed metal bin. No SDS found — general solvent-coating rules.
