Single-pack — no hardener. Clean (ideally demineralised) water only; never S50/S80 solvents. Don't exceed 10 % — you lose build and durability and gain sags.

Gun distance 15–20 cm, 50 % overlap, fan fully open. Strain (~190 µm). Flush equipment with water before and after use (dealer). Stainless/plastic fluid path; don't leave material sitting in the gun — it skins and dries.

Process and compatibility

Substrate preparation
Wood dry (12–15 % MC), clean, dust-free; sand P150–P180. Waterborne raises grain: wet the wood, dry, then sand P180–P240 before lacquering (official prep page). If the wood will see weather, apply a preservative first (CPH6 / CTH100); seal end grain with HTS30.recommended

Sanding

Don'ts
  • Don't apply below +15 °C or above 70 % RH (dealer)
  • Don't thin with solvents — water only, max 10 %
  • Don't let it freeze
  • Don't apply on wet wood, in rain or direct sun
  • Don't mix with solvent-borne products

Safety: Waterborne, no organic solvents; Technocolor markets the line as safe for playgrounds. Flush equipment with water before and after. Gloves; particulate respirator when spraying.
