Process and compatibility

Substrate preparation
MDF/wood primed with white PU primer (PPS20 2 coats, or PPS50277 — owner's datasheet: PC20/PC21 30 %, 1.8–2.0 mm), primer sanded P320–P400 and dedusted. A cream RAL 9001 hides easily over a white primer.recommended

Sanding

Temperature and humidity
18–25 °C material, room and substrate (not below 15 °C), RH 50–70 %recommended
Don'ts
  • don't go past the 4 h pot life at 20 °C
  • don't lay heavy coats wet-on-wet — solvent pop risk
  • don't polish or sand the final coat
  • don't swap in PC20 on colours where it isn't listed without asking Technocolor
