CLT1
CLT1 Kromolux concentrated wood dye, intense yellow
Concentrated binder-free Kromolux wood dye, intense-yellow base colour. Very transparent and very even; because it is highly concentrated it gives deep, dark shades while staying see-through. Reduce it with solvent or with deionised water, with or without CFS1/CFH1 binder. All dyes in the series intermix in any ratio for colour matching. Can be top-coated with polyester, polyurethane and nitrocellulose lacquers.
- Colouring furniture, veneered parts and solid wood of any species
- Profiles, frames, mouldings and wooden articles in general (spray)
- Yellow base for colour matching — walnut/oak shades, warming up or correcting other CLT mixes
- Evening out colour differences between parts before sealing

Mixing matrix
- % by weight: 500–1000 %official% by volume: 500–1000 %official
Working stain for spraying. More thinner = lighter shade.
S12 is the NC thinner, officially 'suitable for reducing dyes'; S10 is fast (SG 0.79) and also a gun-wash; S90 is the slow dye thinner for open-grain wood and big panels (fewer blotches and lap marks). Water must be deionised (dealer note) or the dye flocculates and the colour drifts.
- CFS1Additive% by weight: 0–200 %official% by volume: 0–200 %official
Binder for solvent-reduced stain (S10/S12/S90): locks the dye in, less bleeding into the sealer, more even on end grain.
Dealer: CFS1/CFH1 = 'solvent-borne / water-borne spray binder'. CFS1 goes with the solvent system.
- CFH1Additive% by weight: 0–200 %official% by volume: 0–200 %official
Binder for the water-reduced version (deionised water).
- S12Thinner% by weight: 500 %recommended
Starting recipe under PU/UV sealer: CLT1 100 : CFS1 150–200 : S12 500.
- water (deionised)Thinner% by weight: 1000 %recommended
Water version (less smell, slower dry, raises the grain — pre-wet and denib the wood first).
- % by weight: LZC97 50 % + LZC1000 950 % (1 : 0.5 : 9.5)datasheet
Maker's (Milesi) suggested solvent dilution. LZC1000 is not in Technocolor's range — substitute S12/S10/S90.
- LZC97 / water (deionised)Thinner% by weight: LZC97 100 % + water 1400 % (1 : 1 : 14)datasheet
Maker's suggested water dilution.
- % by weight: 500–800 %datasheet
Dilution by application method (Milesi TDS).

- Why ru
Gun at 15–20 cm, 50 % overlap, fan fully open, keep moving — dye shows every double pass as a stripe. The TDS figure of 5–20 g/m² is effectively the concentrate content of the official 80–100 g/m² of working stain.

- Dilution
- 500–800 %datasheet
- Why ru

- 50–80 barrecommended
- Concentrate consumption (g/m²)
- 10–20 g/m²datasheet
- Dilution
- 500–800 %datasheet
- Why ru
- Техописание допускает автоматический стационарный airless; малое сопло и нижний предел давления airless, так как жидкий краситель легко распыляется и быстро ложится с избытком.

- Goes over
- bare sanded wood / veneer
- Sanding
- Do not sand the stained surface; sand only the first sealer coat lightly so you don't cut through to the dye.recommended
- Temperature and humidity
- Dye drying 20–25 °C (PU-door schedule, 5 min) / 25–30 °C (UV-moulding schedule, 5 min) — schedules for analogous CTU dyeschedule
- Don'ts
- Don't reduce with tap water — deionised only
- Don't exceed 200 % binder
- Don't seal water-reduced stain before 8 h
- Don't go back over half-dry areas with the gun — you'll get stripes and blotches
- Don't sand the stained wood before sealing
