HVLP, 1.8 mm tip (1.7–2.0), 2.0–2.5 bar inlet with trigger pulled, ≤0.7 bar at the cap, fan wide open, 15–20 cm, 50–75 % overlap. Dead-flat enamel: stir thoroughly before mixing and don't lay it on too heavy — thick wet films go blotchy in sheen.

- Goes under
- APL2xxxx (liquid leaf) / ATL2 + CS pastes (pearl) / ATL80018 / ATL22170 / ATL21226 / ATL500 / ATL200
- Sanding
- primer P320–P400; between enamel coats P400–P500/grey pad denib; never sand the final coatrecommended
- Temperature and humidity
- 18–25 °C material, room and substrate (not below 15 °C), RH 50–70 %recommended
- Don'ts
- don't go past the 4 h pot life at 20 °C
- don't lay heavy coats wet-on-wet — solvent pop risk
- don't polish or sand the final coat
- don't use PC20 with DM — it isn't listed for DM (dealer gives PC60 30 % only)
- don't thin past 30 % — DM loses flatness and hide
