Need it faster (cold shop, quick sanding): EC1 up to 3 %, or EC1 up to 3 % plus EA1 up to 3 %.
Dealer note on the EPS20/EPS22/ETS20/ETL200 pages. Pot life drops - mix small batches.
- EA1Accelerator% by weight: 1–2 %dealer
Always paired with EC1 (2 %). In hot weather 25-35 °C cut EA1 to 1.5-1 % and keep EC1 at 2 %.
Cutting EA1 to 1.5-1 % in heat is from the dealer EC1 page. Separately, from the dealer EA1 page: the new EA1* cuts pot life by 10-15 %; for medium/high-pressure systems the dealer recommends the slow EC2 instead.
- EA1Accelerator% by weight: 2–3 %dealer
Speed up: EA1 up to 3 % together with EC1 up to 3 %.
- EC2Hardener% by weight: 2 %dealer
Slow alternative to EC1: hot weather, medium/high-pressure systems (airmix/airless).
Catalog: EC2 is the slow one, longer pot life. Dealer (EA1 page): EC2 for medium/high-pressure systems. EC2 solids 90 % vs 100 % for EC1. Official EPS20/EPS22/ETS20/ETL200 pages dose EC1 and EC2 the same (2 % by weight).
- EPS20base% by weight: 2 %schedule
Mix as written in the finishing schedule.
Apply 250 g/m², 2 priming passes. Dry 30-35 °C 30 min after each, then 12 h at 20-25 °C, sand P240/P280/P320.
- ETS50base% by weight: 2 %schedule
Mix as written in the finishing schedule.
Apply 250 g/m², 2 priming passes (one coat each). Booth dry 20 °C 30-40 min after coat 1, 20 °C 8-12 h after coat 2, then sand P360/P400. Airless with 2 intakes.

Application
Other
Never applied on its own - mix component only. Order: base + EA1, stir well, then EC1, stir again, then thin with S10/S11. Never let EC1 and EA1 touch neat.
Airless
Schedule (ETS50): "Airless with 2 intakes". The schedule does not say how components are split; typically one intake carries base + accelerator and the other base + catalyst (or catalyst), meeting at the gun.
HVLP
The catalog specifies air spray (conventional/HVLP gun). Gun set-up follows the base (see EPS20/ETS20/ETL200 records). Short gel time (~20 min) - mix only 15-20 minutes' worth and flush the gun immediately.
Process and compatibility
- Temperature and humidity
- 20 °C reference; at 25-35 °C cut EA1 to 1-1.5 % (keep EC1 2 %) or switch to EC2dealer
- Don'ts
- Don't go above 3 % EC1
- Never mix EC1 straight into EA1
- Don't cap leftover catalysed mix - it heats up
- Not for PU/acrylic - polyester only
Storage
- Packaging
- 0,5 кг; 1 кгdealer
- Storage temperature
- cool, dark, below 25 °C, away from accelerators and heatrecommended
Safety: Organic peroxide (oxidiser): keep away from EA1 accelerator, acids, metals and heat. Don't mop spills with sawdust/rags - use sand or vermiculite. Corrosive to skin and eyes: nitrile gloves and goggles. Splash in eyes - rinse 15 min, see a doctor.
