LNB110
LNB110 hardener for gloss polyurethane lacquers and enamels (Milesi non-yellowing gloss PU catalyst)
Milesi hardener for gloss 2K polyurethane lacquers and enamels. No official t-color.ru page; the t-colormarket.ru card is only reachable through site search. Solids 36 ± 1 % (dealer). Technocolor lists it as part B for the gloss Kromosystem converters KDA1 (clear, 50 %) and KHR1 (white, 50 wt% / 60 vol%), and for the gloss acrylic lacquer LDA401 (70–100 %, alternative to LNB6A37). Milesi sells it as the non-yellowing, UV-filtered catalyst for the gloss cycle: the Kromosystem TDS recommends LNB110 (gloss) or LNB19 (matt) at 50 % for whites and pastels instead of the standard catalyst.
- part B for KDA1 (clear gloss converter) — 50 wt% / 50 vol%
- part B for KHR1 (white gloss converter) — 50 wt% / 60 vol%
- part B for LDA401 (gloss acrylic lacquer) — 70–100 % by weight and volume
- non-yellowing hardener for white and pastel gloss Kromosystem colours

Clear gloss Kromosystem converter (tinting base for pastes).
Fixed 100 : 50 by weight. Thin with LZC8643/LZC70 20–40 %.
- % by weight: 50 %datasheet
Milesi TDS: non-yellowing option for white and pastel gloss colours (LNB110 at 50 %; matt cycle uses LNB19).
TDS percentages are by weight. The standard Kromosystem catalyst in the TDS is LNB 77.
- KDA1base% by volume: 62 %dealer
Volume conversion from the US Milesi dealer.
Disagrees with t-color.ru (50 vol%). Dose by weight.
- KDA1base% by volume: 100 %dealer
Wurth (USA): 'LNB110 @ 100% (1/1) by volume'.
Contradicts t-color.ru and the Milesi TDS — likely a listing error or a US formulation. Do NOT use without Technocolor confirming.
- KHR1base% by weight: 50 %official% by volume: 60 %official
White gloss converter — the standard hardener.
50 % by weight, 60 % by volume (the white base is heavier). Thin with LZC8643 30–40 %.
- LDA401base% by weight: 70–100 (typ. 85) %official% by volume: 70–100 (typ. 85) %official
LDA401 gloss acrylic lacquer; the official page lists 'LNB6A37/LNB110'. Picking LNB110 for non-yellowing is an inference (Milesi markets LNB110 as non-yellowing), not a Technocolor instruction.
Thin with LZC8643/S80 20–30 %. More hardener = harder, more chemical resistant; less = more flexible (general 2K rule, not sourced).
- % by weight: 20–40 % of baseofficial% by volume: 20–40 % of baseofficial
Thinner for KDA1 + LNB110.
Never thin the hardener on its own — add thinner to the base + hardener mix.

Process and compatibility
- Goes with
- KDA1, KHR1, LDA401, LZC8643, LZC70, S80
- Alternatives
- LNB6A37 (for LDA401, official),LNB77 (standard Kromosystem catalyst per TDS),LNB19 (matt-cycle non-yellowing counterpart per TDS)datasheet
- Sealer under system
- sanded polyester sealer (P280–320–400) best; PU sealers give lower results (lifting, sagging)datasheet
- Temperature and humidity
- > 15 °Cdatasheet
- Don'ts
- don't leave the can open — it reacts with air moisture
- don't thin the hardener on its own or dose by eye — weigh it
- don't use it with matt Kromosystem bases — matt uses LNB19 / its own hardener
- don't work below 15 °C
- don't polish before 3–7 days
