KHR1
KHR1 white gloss converter (PU tint base / white high-gloss enamel)
White high-gloss polyurethane converter (Milesi Kromosystem tinting system, distributed by Technocolor). Tint with pastes to light and pastel colours; untinted it sprays as a wet-look white gloss 2K PU enamel. Hardener LNB110 (non-yellowing, for gloss), thinner LZC8643. A topcoat for MDF fronts and kitchen furniture; gives its best result over a sanded polyester primer.
- High-gloss white and tinted (light/pastel) MDF fronts
- Kitchen and case furniture needing high gloss and non-yellowing whites
- Tint base for gloss PU enamels

Mixing matrix
- LNB110Hardener% by weight: 50 %official% by volume: 60 %official
Always — the standard gloss hardener.
LNB110 is the non-yellowing gloss PU hardener (solids 36 ± 1 %, MILESI). Mix mechanically. Use the batch within 1 h for best gloss and flow (pot life ≥ 3 h at 20 °C).
- LZC8643Thinner% by weight: 30–40 (typ. 35) %official% by volume: 30–40 %official
Standard thinner — slow PU, for gloss flow-out.
Don't go below 30 % — less flow-out, orange peel on the gloss.
- LZC70Thinner% by weight: 30 %dealer
Alternative to LZC8643. US distributor blends: LZC70 30 % + LTC40 5 %, or + LTC96 2 % (against solvent pop, for levelling).
Officially LZC70 is listed for KDA1 (KHR1's clear twin), not for KHR1.
- LTC40Additive% by weight: 5 %dealer
With LZC70 per distributor blend.
Additive's own purpose not stated; the blend as a whole is for preventing solvent pop and levelling (likely a retarder) — confirm.
- LTC96Additive% by weight: 2 %dealer
With LZC70 per distributor blend.
Additive's own purpose not stated; the blend as a whole is for preventing solvent pop and levelling (likely a retarder) — confirm.
- LZC2A12Thinner% by weight: 30–40 %dealer
Alternative thinner from the US distributor; not listed by Technocolor in Russia.
- KMT pastesAdditive% by weight: 0–10 %datasheet
Tinting to light/pastel colours.
Dark colours go on the clear converter (KDA1) with pastes up to 70/30. Don't use old/expired base or pastes — the colour drifts.
