KKR1
KKR1 White converter, 20 gloss — Milesi 2K PU pigmented topcoat base
Two-pack polyurethane white converter / topcoat, 20 gloss, from the Milesi KKR (Kromosystem) series. Used as a satin-matt white enamel on its own and as the white base of the tinting system: add pigment pastes (up to 10 %) for light and pastel RAL/NCS shades. High solids (~66–67 %), good hiding, strong chemical and mechanical resistance. Cured with aromatic LNB77 or LNB20 at 50 % by weight; for whites and pastels where yellowing matters, use the aliphatic LNB19 / LNB190 instead.
- White and tinted (light/pastel) furniture topcoat (official: 'excellent compatibility with tinting pastes')
- Flat fronts, kitchen furniture, assembled furniture, chairs — spray
- MDF and wood finishing over sanded polyester or pigmented PU primer

Main thinner per t-color.ru (the only one listed for KKR1); Technocolor calls it 'PU slow'.
30 % by weight gives 20 ± 2 s Ford 4 spray viscosity (TDS). Less thinner (~15–25 %) for airmix/airless, where higher viscosity is tolerated (derived).
- LZC1026Thinner% by weight: 10–30 %datasheet
Milesi's standard-speed PU thinner per the TDS; Technocolor lists it for KGA1.
Not listed for KKR1 on t-color.ru.
- LZC70Thinner% by weight: 10–30 %dealer
Slow PU thinner (Technocolor: LZC70 'slow') — for hot shop and big flat panels.
Slovak dealer: 'LZC 1026, 70 — 10–30 %'.
- KMTAdditive% by weight: 0–10 %datasheet
Tinting to light and pastel shades per formula.
KMT10x ColorSeries pastes (Milesi). Tint before adding hardener; use fresh pastes for colour repeatability.

Process and compatibility
- Substrate preparation
- MDF and wood over 1–2 coats of polyester sealer (LPA/VBA/LRR series) or 2–3 coats of pigmented PU sealer (LBR series); best result over sanded polyester sealer, P280-320-400datasheet
- Sanding
- primer sanded P280–P320–P400 before topcoatdatasheet
- Don'ts
- Do not work below 15 °C — cure is compromised (TDS).
- Don't tint with old/expired paste or converter — colour drifts (TDS).
- PU sealers give poorer results (sinkback/lifting possible) — sanded polyester sealer is preferred (TDS).
- Don't polish before full cure (3–7 days) (TDS).
- Don't exceed 10 % paste in the white converter (TDS).
- Decant only into polyethylene or stainless containers (TDS).
Storage
- Shelf life
- 18 months from productiondatasheet
- Storage temperature
- 0–35 °C indoors, ventilated, out of sun (ideal 18–25 °C)datasheet
