Mixing matrix
- PC60Hardener% by weight: 50 %dealer% by volume: 70 %official
Standard ratio.
50 % by weight everywhere. By volume the official site says 70 %, the dealer 60 % for M/SM/G — if you're measuring by volume, trust the weight figure, it's unambiguous.
- S50Thinner% by weight: 20–30 %dealer% by volume: 30–35 %dealer
Default: normal evaporation, vertical work, 18–25 °C.
Catalog also gives 20–30 %.
- S70Thinner% by weight: 20–30 %dealer% by volume: 30–35 %dealer
Slow: hot shop (above ~25 °C), big flat panels, when you need more flow-out (especially on G).
More flow-out time, but more dust pick-up and sag risk on verticals. Doesn't change cure time.
- % by weight: 50 %schedule
Official schedule 'Finishing PU-foam parts', step 4 — enamel as the intermediate coat under patina.
The schedule writes the hardener as 'С20 (С61)' — legacy/alternative codes; the current catalog lists PC60 for PPL20. The amount (50 %) matches PC60.
- S50Thinner% by weight: 30 %schedule
PU-foam schedule, step 4.

- Sanding · Why ru
- Стандарт для пигментированных ПУ-финишей; схема указывает только матирование K120 по грунту PPU.
- Temperature and humidity
- 18–25 °C, RH 50–70 %; part A and hardener at room temprecommended
- Don'ts
- don't add more than 50 % PC60 (30 % for DM) — extra hardener doesn't speed it up, it ruins the film
- don't use the mix past pot life (4 h, UM 3 h)
- don't sand or polish the final matt coat — you'll get shiny patches
- don't spray in a cold/damp shop
- don't leave the hardener can open — moisture kills the isocyanate
Storage

Safety: Contains organic solvents — flammable. The hardener is an isocyanate: spray in an extracted booth, wear a combined organic/particulate respirator (A2P2 or better), gloves and goggles. Keep away from flames.
