CS 40 Tinting paste, green (solvent-borne enamels)
CS 40 green pigment paste of the CS series for making coloured solvent-borne enamels in the TECHNOCOLOR SPECTRUM tinting system. Dosed into a white or clear converter in the proportions of a SPECTRUM recipe; not applied on its own.
- Tinting solvent-borne converters to a SPECTRUM recipe (>25,000 RAL/NCS etc. colours)

The paste is an additive to a converter. Add to part A (converter) and mix BEFORE hardener and thinner; hardener/thinner % then apply to the tinted base.
Solvent systems only. Waterborne converters (HTL1/HPL1) take CH pastes. Pastes are dense — gyro-mix or mix thoroughly after tinting.

Dose with an automatic dispenser (COROB/SANTINT) or on 0.01 g scales to the SPECTRUM recipe; then mix on a gyro-mixer (CABO).

Safety: Contains organic solvents: flammable; use ventilation and PPE (Technocolor SDS not published). Lead-chromate pastes CS 24/CS 54 are separate products and don't apply here.
