Mixing matrix
- AC40Hardener% by weight: 10 %dealer% by volume: 10 %dealer
Always — it's a 2K lacquer. The dealer gives a fixed 10 %.
That's the bottom of the 10–20 % range the official pages give for ATL20/ATL50/ATL90. Don't go higher without a test panel: excess hardener makes the film brittle.
- AC41Hardener% by weight: 10 %recommended
Fallback if AC40 isn't on hand — test panel first.
- % by weight: 20–30 (typ. [object Object]) %dealer% by volume: 25–35 %dealer
S50 — normal speed, the default (verticals, 18–25 °C). S80 — slow: above ~25 °C, big flat panels, better flow-out; more dust pick-up and sag risk.
Thinner doesn't change cure time (workshop notes).
- % by weight: 30–40 %workshop
Analogue: the owner thins ATL50 G (55 s) 30–40 %. ATL10 is already thinner (30 s) — only go to 30 %+ in a hot shop or for a very light final mist coat.
The 30–40 % workshop figure is for ATL50 G, not ATL10.
- AC40Hardener% by weight: 20 %schedule
Reference only: official acrylic schedules run ATL20 lacquer with C40 20 % + S80 30 % (+CTS 0.5 %) or C40 20 % + S50 40 %. The official ATL20 pages name AC40. ATL10 isn't in any schedule, so stick to the dealer's 10 % AC40.
- S80Thinner% by weight: 30 %schedule
'Open-pore oak kitchen fronts (acrylic)' schedule, step 13 — for ATL20.
- S50Thinner% by weight: 40 %schedule
'Oak fronts with decapé effect (acrylic)' schedule — for ATL20.
- % by weight: 0.5 %schedule
Additive from the same ATL20 schedule; not specified for ATL10.

Electrostatic
- Why ru
- Страница методов говорит, что любую систему распыления можно сделать электростатической; дилер указывает только распыление.
Possible on top of any spray system (chairs, legs); check mix conductivity.
Process and compatibility
- Substrate preparation
- Sand flats P150–P220, profiles K60–K80, de-dust. Primer — sand P240–P320.schedule
- Sanding
- Between coats P320–P400 (or P800–P1200 on a clean coat) after 2–4 h at 20 °C. Never sand or polish the final 30-gloss coat — you'll get gloss patches. Full service after 48–72 h.recommended
- Temperature and humidity
- 18–25 °C, 50–70 % RH; above 25 °C use S80.recommended
- Don'ts
- Don't use the mix past its 6 h pot life
- Never spray it without AC40
- Don't push hardener above 10 % without a test panel
- Don't sand or polish the final semi-matt coat
- Don't flood it on in one pass — solvent pop and runs

Safety: Flammable. Contains organic solvents; the hardener is an isocyanate. Spray in a booth with an A2P2/A2P3 respirator, gloves and goggles.
