When the parquet is to be coloured — the dye goes straight into the first coat.

CTH is a water-based dye concentrate (bases 1 yellow, 2 orange, 3 red, 4 brown, 9 black — intermixable). Don't go past 10 %: more dye hurts film formation and intercoat adhesion. Mix well and check the shade on a test board.

  • Thinner
% by weight: none — use as supplied (100 %)recommended

    Normally used neat.

Control film weight with the roller gap/pressure, not with thinner.

Percentages are per 100 parts of component A.

Storage

Shelf life
check the can label; typically 6–12 months unopened for UV primersrecommended
Storage temperature
+5…+25 °C, dark, protect from frost (if waterborne)recommended

Safety: No SDS found for VTS20000. UV acrylates are skin sensitisers: nitrile gloves, eye protection, ventilation; shield eyes and skin from UV lamps.
