PPL10 M
PPL10 M white PU enamel, matt (20 gloss)
Two-pack fast-drying white polyurethane enamel, matt (20 gloss). High solids (about 65 % on part A), excellent hiding power and good sag resistance. Cured with PC60 hardener, thinned with S50 (the catalogue also allows S70).

Mixing matrix
- PC60Hardener% by weight: 40 %official% by volume: 55 %official
Fixed ratio: 40 % by weight (55 % by volume). Weigh it — too little gives a soft film, extra hardener does not speed up drying.
- S50Thinner% by weight: 20–30 (typ. 25) %official% by volume: 30–45 %official
Default, normal evaporation; 18–25 °C, vertical work.
S50 is the universal thinner, medium evaporation (official page); catalogue p.19: for PU/acrylic primers, matt lacquers and enamels.
- S70Thinner% by weight: 20–30 %catalog
Hot shop (above ~25 °C) or large flat panels — slow thinner, longer open time for flow-out.
Listed only in the 2025–26 catalogue (p.9), not on the product page; no volume % published. Catalogue p.19: S70 = slow evaporation, for deep-matt and high-gloss PU/acrylic materials. More sag and dust risk.
