ATL90 SM
ATL90 SM fast-drying 2K acrylic lacquer, 30 gloss (self-sealing lacquer)
Two-pack clear fast-drying acrylic lacquer (cured with aliphatic hardeners AC40/AC41). Very fast drying, resistant to yellowing over time, sands well, shows off the wood pores nicely, low tendency to raise the grain. Per the previous catalog: increased hardness and abrasion resistance.
- Finishing items made of any wood species
- General furniture
- Surfaces under heavy mechanical wear; white tabletops and bar counters (previous catalog)
- Self-sealing open-pore / semi-open-pore clear finish on veneer and solid wood
- Parquet — sold as such by dealer lakokraska31 ('for parquet'); not stated officially

Mixing matrix
- % by weight: 10–20 %official% by volume: 10–20 %official
Official page: 10–20 % by weight and by volume; catalog: 10–20 %.
AC40 = best non-yellowing, more elastic film; AC41 = slightly harder/faster, also aliphatic (catalog p.19).
- % by weight: 20 %dealer% by volume: 20 %dealer
Dealer t-colormarket gives a fixed 20 % — use as the default working ratio.
Don't go below 10 % (bottom of the official range) — under-cure, soft film (inference, not sourced).
- % by weight: 20 %recommended% by volume: 20 %recommended
Default working ratio (derived: where official range and dealer agree); not from the workshop notes.
- % by weight: 20–30 (typ. [object Object]) %official% by volume: 25–35 (typ. [object Object]) %official
Official (site and dealer): slow thinners S80/S70 (both 'low evaporation rate' per catalog p.19).
Thinner does not change cure time (workshop notes).
- % by weight: 20–30 %catalog
Catalog (p.11) also allows S50 (normal evaporation), 20–30 %; no volume % given in the catalog.
Per workshop notes: S50 is the universal default, for vertical surfaces; S80 above ~25 °C, large panels, flat even sheen (more dust pick-up, more sag risk). Thinner does not change cure time.
- S100Additive% by weight: up to ~5 % of the thinner portion %recommended
Only in heat/dry air when you get dry spray.

Process and compatibility
- Substrate preparation
- Sand flats P150–P180–P220, profiles with K60–K80 pads; de-dust. Optionally dye with CGS 80–100 g/m², brush off excess, dry 10 min at 20 °C; then ATL90 SM directly (or over ATS20 sealer).schedule
- Sanding
- Coat used as sealer: P320–P400 after ≥1 h at 20 °C; final coat not sandedrecommended
- Temperature and humidity
- 18–25 °C, RH 50–70 %; material and substrate ≥18 °Crecommended
- Don'ts
- Don't use the mix beyond its 6 h pot life
- Don't polish the final 30-gloss coat — shiny patches
- Don't use PU hardeners from the PC… range — only AC40/AC41 are specified for ATL90 (aromatic PC types will yellow)
- Don't lay more than ~150 g/m² per coat — uneven sheen, slow dry
- Don't spray in high humidity — isocyanate reacts with moisture (bubbles, blushing)
Storage
- Storage temperature
- +5…+25 °C, tightly closed, hardener away from moisturerecommended
- Packaging
- 1 l,5 l,25 ldealer
Safety: Flammable solvent-borne product; hardener contains isocyanates. Spray in a booth with extraction, wear an A2P2 organic-vapour respirator or air-fed mask, gloves and goggles. Keep away from ignition sources.
