PTS73 Clear PU adhesion primer
Two-pack clear PU adhesion primer (tie-coat) for difficult smooth substrates — above all melamine paper on doors and panels. Low solids (20 %), applied as a thin coat by spray (80–100 g/m²) or roller coater (8–12 g/m²), cured with the dedicated PC73 hardener and thinned with the S11 polyester thinner. Dries fast (30–40 min) and is then overcoated with a normal PU system. One dealer (woodonline) also tags it as isolating. Not on the official site or in the 2025–2026 catalog — supplied to order.

- Don't overcoat days later without scuffing with a grey pad

Safety: Flammable (solvent base, S11 thinner). PC73 contains isocyanates — a respiratory sensitiser: spray only in an extracted booth with an A2P2 respirator (or air-fed mask), nitrile gloves and goggles.
