Mixing matrix
- PC60Hardener% by weight: 50 %official% by volume: 50 %official
Always; fixed 2:1 ratio.
Don't vary the hardener — hardness and chemical resistance depend on it. No substitute hardener is listed anywhere.
- S80Thinner% by weight: 30–40 (typ. 35) %official% by volume: 35–45 %official
Primary thinner (official page and catalog list S80 only): slow — best flow-out on large flat panels like worktops.
S80 stays open longer — more dust pickup and some sag risk on edges; doesn't change cure time (owner notes).
- S50Thinner% by weight: 30–40 %dealer% by volume: 35–45 %dealer
Dealer-listed alternative (S80 / S50): cooler shop (below ~18–20 °C), edges and verticals, when you want it dust-free sooner.
When to choose S50 over S80 is workshop practice / derived — the maker doesn't spell it out.
- S100Additive% by weight: 5–10 %dealer
To improve flow-out; in summer heat — prevents solvent pops/bubbles in the film (official S100 page).
Percent presumably on part A; keep total thinner around 40–50 % or build drops and sag risk rises.

- Sanding between coats
- P320–P400 between topcoats; primer P240–P320 (schedule)recommended
- Gun distance

- Overlap
- 50–75recommended
Lay panels flat, fan fully open, even overlapping passes; do edges first and lighter. A 30-gloss sheen is film-thickness sensitive — keep the 150 g/m² even or you'll get patchy sheen.

Process and compatibility

- Sanding
- P240–P320 primer; P320–P400 between topcoatsrecommended
- Temperature and humidity
- 18–25 °C material/air, RH 50–70 %, wood moisture 8–10 %; forced drying 30–35 °Crecommended
- Don'ts
- Don't change the 50 % PC60 ratio — hardness and chemical resistance suffer.
- Don't use the mix past its 4 h pot life at 20 °C.
- Don't lay heavy wet-on-wet coats — sags and solvent pops (S80 is slow).
- Keep hot pans and harsh chemicals off the worktop for the first 5–7 days — the film is still curing.
- Don't polish the final 30-gloss coat — the sheen goes patchy.

Safety: Not published. Solvent-borne 2K PU with an isocyanate hardener: flammable; spray only in a ventilated booth, wear a respirator with organic-vapour cartridges (A2P2 or better), gloves and eye protection.
