High hiding power, excellent scratch and yellowing resistance, good physical/chemical resistance and a clean white. Hardener LNB20 at 50 % by weight (65 % by volume), thinner LZC8643 at 20–30 % by weight. Spray applied, 130–150 g/m².
- White matt (20 gloss) topcoat for furniture and MDF fronts, sprayed at 130–150 g/m²
- White base for tinted light/pastel 20-gloss PU enamels
- Work where a scratch-resistant, non-yellowing white matters

Mixing matrix
- LNB20Hardener% by weight: 50 %official% by volume: 65 %official
The only listed hardener — always.
Fixed ratio — weigh it. Short on hardener gives a soft film, over-dosing makes it brittle and prone to yellowing. Dealer card: LNB20 'for use with LBA and LGA series'.
- LNB77Hardener
Only after confirming with Technocolor's technologist — not listed on the LKR6AB14 page.
Hard dry ~12 h instead of 10 h (per KKR1).
- LZC8643Thinner% by weight: 20–30 (typ. 25) %official% by volume: 30–40 %official
Milesi's standard thinner for white PU converters.
Density 0.858 kg/l (Milesi TDS). Thin to ~20 s Ford 4 (≈ 18 s DIN4) working viscosity; sibling KKR1 TDS uses 30 %.
- S80Thinner
Slow thinner: above ~25 °C, large flat panels, for an even matt.
More dust pick-up and sag risk on verticals; does not change cure time (workshop).

Process and compatibility
- Substrate preparation
- Best over a sanded white polyester primer (e.g. LRR16), sanded P280–P320–P400, dust-free; a white pigmented PU primer (e.g. LBR102) also works but with lower resultsrecommended
- Sanding
- primer P280–P400 before topcoat; no sanding of the final matt coatrecommended
- Don'ts
- Don't work below 15 °C — cure suffers.
- Don't eyeball the LNB20 ratio (50 % by weight) — weigh it.
- Don't sand or polish the final 20-gloss coat — it goes patchy and shiny.
- Don't use the mix past its pot life.
- Don't swap in other systems' hardeners (AC40, PC20, PC60, etc.) — only LNB20 is listed.
Storage
- Shelf life
- ≈ 12–18 months in sealed original packagingrecommended
- Storage temperature
- 0–35 °C, indoors, ventilated, out of sunrecommended
Safety: Solvent-borne 2K PU with an isocyanate hardener: spray booth, A2/P2 respirator or air-fed mask, gloves, spark-proof kit, no smoking. See the SDS.
