VTS20015
VTS20015 UV-cure parquet sealer (roller)
UV-curing sealer for industrial roller-coat parquet finishing. Has no product page on t-color.ru — it appears only in the official 'Parquet finishing (UV)' schedule as the first sealer coat over the VTS20011 filler-primer, before two coats of VTS20002.
- First sealer coat over VTS20011 UV filler on a parquet UV roller line
- Base for VTS20002 sealer and VTL20003 UV topcoat
Single-component product: no mixing needed — use as supplied (see application below).

Roller-coat only (Technocolor's methods page: rollers are for flat parts — panels and parquet; 5–20 g/m² per pass; UV materials at 98–100 % solids). One lamp after the coat — partial cure for intercoat adhesion to VTS20002.

- n/a — do not sprayrecommended
Not for spraying. Technocolor makes separate spray-grade UV sealers (VTS30006, VTS60019).
Process and compatibility
- Substrate preparation
- Sand parquet with belts P150, P180, P220 → VTS20000 + CTH 5–10 % (8–10 g/m², dry 30–35 °C 5 min) → VTS20011 filler 30–35 g/m² + 1 UV lamp → VTS20015schedule
- Sanding
- No sanding straight after VTS20015; sanding P240, P280, P320 only after the second VTS20002 coat is fully cured (3 lamps)schedule

- Don'ts
- Don't spray it
- Don't thin with solvent on a UV line
- Don't leave it in an open trough in daylight/UV
- Don't fully cure it before VTS20002 — the schedule uses just one lamp
Storage
Safety: Uncured UV acrylates are skin irritants and sensitisers: nitrile gloves and glasses, wipe spills straight away. Never look at UV lamps unshielded.

Not covered by the sources
- No official t-color.ru product page — only the UV parquet schedule mentions it
- Dealer t-colormarket.ru search for VTS20015 returns no product (re-checked 2026-10-05) — no solids, viscosity, density, gloss data
- No Technocolor TDS PDF found (session web-search budget exhausted)
- Not in the 2025–2026 catalog transcripts
- Transparency/colour not stated (derived as clear from the schedule); measured solids, viscosity, density, UV dose (mJ/cm²), lamp type, cured-film hardness/chemical resistance
- Shelf life, storage temperature, packaging
- How VTS20015 differs from VTS20002 is not explained by any source (the VTS20002 page only says 'high transparency and elasticity', roller 15–20 g/m², while the schedule uses both at 20–25 g/m²)
