PTL207
PTL207 PU lacquer, high gloss (100 gloss)
Two-pack high-gloss (100 gloss) polyurethane clear lacquer for gloss finishing of furniture fronts and panels in various wood species and MDF. High solids and high gloss, thixotropic so it holds on vertical faces; sands and polishes very well. Cured with the aromatic hardener PC72 (70–100 %), thinned with slow S70. No official t-color.ru page — data comes only from the t-colormarket.ru dealer card.
- High-gloss (100 gloss) finish on solid-wood and veneered furniture fronts
- High-gloss finish on MDF panels and fronts
- Topcoat for cutting back and polishing to a mirror finish (dealer: sands and polishes very well)
- Vertical work — thixotropic, less prone to runs

Mixing matrix
- PC72Hardener% by weight: 70–100 (typ. [object Object]) %dealer% by volume: 70–100 %dealer
Always — the only hardener listed for PTL207.
PC72 is aromatic, at the slow/elastic end of the range (far right of the chart, next to AC40) and the least yellowing-resistant (catalog p.19). Close the can straight away — moisture ruins the hardener.
- S70Thinner% by weight: 10–20 (typ. [object Object]) %dealer% by volume: 15–25 %dealer
Always. S70 is a slow thinner, giving the best flow-out on high gloss.
S70: low evaporation rate, medium solvency; catalog says it is meant for dead-flat and high-gloss PU/acrylic materials.
Hot weather (> 25 °C), big flat panels, orange peel or solvent pop.
Recommendation by analogy with PTL202/PTL200, not from the PTL207 card (the catalog thinner table lists S100 only; S101 appears only on dealer notes). Lengthens dust-free time.
