LGA210
LGA210 2K polyurethane clear lacquer, semi-matt (30 gloss)
Two-pack clear polyurethane topcoat, semi-matt (30 gloss). Part of Milesi's LGA2x series: high solids, good fill and build, hard surface with a very smooth feel. Catalysed 2:1 with LNB77 (50 % by weight), reduced 20–30 % with LZC1051. Applied by conventional spray, air-assisted airless (airmix), airless or curtain coater at 120–140 g/m² per coat. An interior furniture topcoat that goes over a PU sealer, not straight onto bare wood.
- semi-matt topcoat on furniture, cabinet doors, interior doors, frames, mouldings, chairs and turnings
- open- or closed-pore finishes over a PU sanding sealer (LBA series), depending on how much sealer build you put down
- flat panels on a curtain coater

Per TDS: curtain-coatable, but not in lines that stack panels straight after tunnel drying.

Process and compatibility
- Substrate preparation
- Wood at 8–14 % MC. Sand solid/veneer up to P150; stain (e.g. CLT series), dry 30–60 min; then 2–3 coats of PU sealer (LBA26 per TDS), sand sealer at P320.datasheet
- Sanding
- Sealer at P320 (P320–P400) before the topcoat. Never sand or polish the final matt coat.recommended
- Temperature and humidity
- Best at 18–22 °C, 65–70 % RH; apply only at 15–30 °C, dry at ≥15 °C and 50–70 % RH.datasheet
- Don'ts
- Don't apply straight onto raw wood — over sealer only (TDS)
- Don't stack straight out of a drying tunnel
- Don't sand or polish the final matt coat
- Don't run past pot life (3–4 h; use the mix within an hour for best sheen)
- Don't clean the finished surface with ammonia cleaners
- Don't leave the hardener open — it's moisture-sensitive
- Don't mix with hardeners/thinners from other systems (e.g. acrylic LNB99)
Storage
- Shelf life
- 8 months from deliverydatasheet
- Storage temperature
- 18–25 °C, tightly closed, away from moisturedatasheet
- Packaging

Safety: Solvent-borne 2K PU with isocyanate hardener: flammable, vapours and mist are harmful. Spray in a ventilated booth with an A2P3 respirator or air-fed mask, nitrile gloves and eye protection; spark-proof equipment, no smoking. Don't seal leftover mixed material tight. Clean the gun with thinner/acetone right after use. See the SDS for details.
