Mixing matrix
- AC40Hardener% by weight: 10–20 (typ. 15) %dealer% by volume: 15–25 %dealer
always — 2K system
Run towards 20 % for kitchen/bath resistance, towards 10 % for more flex. Weigh the hardener.
- % by weight: 30–40 %dealer% by volume: 40–50 %dealer
S50 universal/normal, verticals; S80 slow, above ~25 °C and on large flats
S80 levels better but catches more dust and sags easier; neither changes cure time.
- % by weight: 40–50 %dealer
open-pored timber (oak, ash) — better colour and pore definition; apply 200–250 g/m²
dealer note (basis — weight/volume — not stated); dealer table lists only S50, S80 added per catalog thinner list
- AC40Hardener% by weight: 20 %schedule
schedule 'Oak kitchen fronts, decapé effect (acrylic)', step 7 — 'APL20 (RAL,NCS)'
Schedule writes 'C40' — almost certainly AC40. The schedule specifies RAL-tinted APL enamel, which is what APL R1013 M is.
- S50Thinner% by weight: 30 %schedule
same decapé schedule, step 7, 150 g/m²

Conventional spray

Air spray is the manufacturer's stated method. Transfer efficiency up to ~40 % per the methods page.
Airmix (air-assisted airless)
- Nozzle
- 09–11 thou (0.23–0.28 mm), 40–50° fanrecommended
Airmix beats airless for a finish coat.
Airless
- Nozzle
- 11–13 thou (0.28–0.33 mm)recommended
Not ideal for a finish coat — coarser atomisation; prefer airmix.
Electrostatic
- Why ru
- На странице методов сказано, что любые системы распыления можно использовать в электростатическом режиме; для конкретного продукта подтверждения нет.
Works combined with any spray method — chairs, legs; check the mix conductivity first.

- Pore filling
- on oak/ash thin 40–50 % and apply 200–250 g/m²dealer
- Don'ts
- don't eyeball AC40 — weigh it
- don't use the mix past its 6 h pot life
- don't brush — spray only
- not for exterior — interior furniture enamel
- don't sand or polish the final 20-gloss coat — it goes patchy
- stir part A thoroughly first — the pigment settles
Storage
- Packaging
- 1 kg, 5 kg, 25 kg (dealer pack options); listed 'под заказ' (to order) on 2026-10-05dealer
Safety: Flammable solvent-borne coating; AC40 hardener is likely isocyanate-based. Spray in a booth with extraction, wear an A2P3 respirator (or air-fed), nitrile gloves. No naked flames.
