UV-curing white roller enamel, matt (40 gloss)

Single-pack, 100 %-solids UV-curing white enamel for roller-coater lines on flat parts. Levels well in thin films, good chemical/physical and scratch resistance, tolerates temperature changes, high hiding, stable on the line. Can be run on smooth or grooved/knurled application rollers.

Safety: Uncured acrylates are skin sensitisers: nitrile gloves and safety glasses, wash uncured material off skin with soap and water (not solvent). Shield eyes/skin from UV lamp radiation. Cure leftovers in light before disposal.
