Mixing matrix

  • % by weight: 30 %official% by volume: 30 %official

Always; the only base this hardener is listed for.

Fixed ratio — weigh it. Short on hardener gives a soft, tacky, poorly resistant film; long makes it brittle and changes the feel.

  • LZC8643Thinner
    % by weight: 10–30 (typ. 20) %official% by volume: 10–30 (typ. 20) %official

    Thinner for the LUA2010 + LNB010 mix; 10–15 % for curtain coating, 20–30 % for spraying.

LZC8643 is the official 'slow PU thinner' (for polyurethane and acrylic materials). Don't thin the hardener on its own.

Percentages are per 100 parts of component A.

LUA2010, LZC8643
Don'ts
  • don't use with other Technocolor bases (ATL/PTL etc.) — they have their own hardeners
  • don't leave the can open — it reacts with air moisture
  • don't thin it on its own or dose it by eye
