- Why ru
- Дилер указывает распыление для базы OTL90 и правило снятия излишков через 10–15 мин для .10; в сочетании со стандартной практикой для пигментированных масел с твёрдым воском.
Spray only to lay the oil down fast and evenly: one thin, even wet coat, then after 10–15 min rub in and wipe off the surplus with a pad or rag, or you get white streaks and tacky spots. Keep the cup agitated. Good extraction — the mist is flammable.
Airmix (air-assisted airless)
- Why ru
- Экстраполировано с официальной страницы методов и производственной практики промасливания.
Production flat parts only; still rub in and wipe off afterwards. Airless not recommended — far too much material for an oil coat.
Process and compatibility
- Substrate preparation
- Degrease, sand with P100–120 and de-dust. Coarser than the clear OTL90 (P150–180) — the open grain takes up more of the white pigment.dealer
- Sanding
- No between-coat sanding is specified; for a refresh, scuff lightly with a pad and apply another coat.recommended
- Temperature and humidity
- 10–35 °Cdealer
- Don'ts
- Don't leave surplus oil standing for more than 10–15 min
- Don't leave oily rags, clothes or sanding dust out in the air — spontaneous combustion
- Don't leave the can open — it skins over
- Don't pour it down the drain
- Don't overcoat with 2K lacquers
Storage
- Storage temperature
- в плотно закрытой заводской таре, в сухом прохладном месте вдали от прямых солнечных лучейdealer
- Packaging

Safety: Keep away from flames and sparks. Wear gloves, avoid skin and eye contact; rinse with water if exposed. Ventilate. Spontaneous-combustion risk: put oil-soaked rags, clothes and sanding dust in a sealed metal can, cover with water and dispose of. Keep away from children, do not swallow, do not pour down the drain; dispose of waste at an approved site.
