HTL20030

HTL20030 Water-based lacquer/primer (30 gloss)

One-pack water-based lacquer/primer, 30 gloss: the same material is used for the sealer coat and the topcoat. Fast drying, does not run, good looks and physical/chemical performance, excellent non-yellowing. The officially stated application is spraying at 100–120 g/m²; the official page URL ('dlya-okunaniya', i.e. 'for dipping') also points to dipping. No organic solvents - cures by water evaporation.

  • Chairs (dipping the assembled frame)
  • Turned parts in any species: spindles, legs, handles
  • Slatted furniture and cots (dip method per the official methods page)
  • Kids' furniture and toys where a solvent-free finish is wanted

Only to adjust dip-tank or spray viscosity.

Use demineralised water only - no hard, salty tap water.

  • WATERThinner
    % by weight: 0–5 %dealer

The dealer caps thinning at 5 % - for dipping, stay within that.

Conflict: official page 0–10 % by weight and by volume; dealer 'do not exceed 5 % thinning' (basis - weight or volume - not stated).
